Support the Cause...
There are many different ways to support the Hawaii Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® and the fight to eradicate breast cancer. For the past 15 years, the Hawaii Affiliate has enjoyed increasing support.

In the community we've created - together, to survive - some are volunteers, some are participants, and some are sponsors... but all are equally important. We, and the women across the nation who are winning the fight against breast cancer, thank you for your generosity and are proud to have you on our team.

Where Your Money Goes...
Every year, 75% of the money raised by the Hawaii Affliate stays right here in our community for education and treatment. Although the remaining 25% goes towards national research, a good portion of it re-enters our community via Komen Award and Research Grants to area hospitals. Click here for information on our current grant recipients or for a grant application.

Honorarium and Memorial Program:

The Hawaii Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® offers memorial and honor opportunities to those who wish to make a gift in memory of a friend or loved one, or to honor someone who is special in their lives. The program allows you to remember a loved one's life, celebrate a special occasion - birthday, anniversary or wedding - or recognize the courage of a friend or relative who is fighting breast cancer by participating in the Honorarium and Memorial Program.

When a memorial or honor gift is received, the Affiliate will send a personalized letter to the person or family indicated notifying them of your thoughtful donation but not stating the amount of the donation. Your gift is tax-deductible to the extent of the law.
